From December 23rd through the 29th of 2013, 17 year-olds Jacob Vreugdenhill and Dylan Lansman and 18 year-old Joshua Blumberg all from Grand Junction are accused of shooting 18 vehicle windows and homes with a BB gun.

The two minors are both charged with Class D Felonies for second degree criminal mischief and Vreugdenhill is also charged with second degree burglary for breaking into a Grand Junction residence which is a Class C Felony.

Both were recently released from Central Iowa Juvenile Detention Center in Eldora on Monday back to their homes in Grand Junction and their court dates are scheduled for January 31st.

Blumberg is charged with a Class D Felony for criminal mischief, aiding and abetting and remains in the Greene County Jail on a $10,000 cash only bond.  His hearing is set for January 29th.

Greene County Clerk of Court’s Office says when Blumberg was 17, he was accused of stealing a vehicle and theft of property in Greene County in January of 2013.  He had nine charges and had five dropped.  He was convicted of an aggravated misdemeanor for operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, simple misdemeanor for third degree harassment, serious misdemeanor for fourth degree theft and a simple misdemeanor for fifth degree theft.
