
Voters across the state will be gathering together with their political parties this evening for the 2014 Iowa caucuses.
There are several caucus locations across the Raccoon Valley Radio coverage area with Democrats and Republicans meeting separately.
In Dallas County, Republicans will meet at the Perry Elementary School, ADM Elementary, Memorial Hall in Dallas Center and American Legion in Granger, among others. Democrats in Dallas County will gather at the Adel Public Library, Perry Middle School and Waukee Elementary.
Green County Republicans will meet at Clover Hall, the Greene County Courthouse, Grand Junction and Churdan Community Centers, Trinity Lutheran Church and Old Scranton School. Democrats have just one meeting place, the second floor of the Jefferson City Hall.
In Guthrie County, GOP members will gather at the Panorama Elementary, courthouse meeting room, West Central Valley School and Lyle Laughery’s home among others while DFLers will meet at the Mary Barnett Library.
Caucuses start at 7pm, with registration opening at 6:30.
