The Greene County FFA Chapter has rescheduled their pancake breakfast to this Thursday.

Advisor Cortney Schmidt says due to a blizzard last week, their pancake fundraiser has been moved to this Thursday from 7-8:30am at the Ram Restaurant at the high school.

They will be serving pancakes, sausages and a variety of beverages for a free-will donation.

Schmidt states that recently, 15 FFA’ers competed at a sub-district competition in which eight qualified for districts in several different areas.

Other events that Greene County FFA is involved in includes a fish fry, a plant sale, district and state convention, a Greene County FFA banquet and farm safety day activities.

She notes that proceeds from the breakfast will go toward repairs to be made on their greenhouse and aquaculture lab as well as purchasing FFA Jackets for students.
