A deputy was asked to check the identity of a male subject that was walking between Grand Junction and Jefferson on 230th Street. After a short interview with the male the deputy advised that he not walk on the traveled portion of the roadway.

A deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction for the report of that resident receiving threatening text messages. It was later determined to be a civil issue between two parties. The deputy spoke with both parties and helped resolve the issue.

A deputy was advised of a careless and erratic driver on Highway 144 near Rippey.  The driver was located and evaluated, and then later released.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
