The Xenia Rural Water District will hold their annual meeting next month.
One item of business on the agenda is the election of three people to fill open seats on the board of directors.
Anyone interested in being a candidate on the ballot needs to submit an information request form by March 21st. Once the forms are received, the current board will review the submitted materials and then contact potential candidates for personal or phone interviews before the meeting.
Each term is three years and board members will be asked to attend monthly meetings and participate in a subcommittee which will also meet and discuss applicable business items.
