Tomorrow is the final Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) training session available to Guthrie County 4-Hers wanting to show swine, beef, dairy, goats, sheep, poultry and/or rabbits at the Guthrie County Fair, the Iowa State Fair or Ak-Sar-Ben this year.
The training begins at 9:30 tomorrow morning and is being held at the Community Building on the Guthrie County Fairgrounds. If any 4-Hers feel they don’t need to attend the training and would like to take the certification exam right away, then testing begins at 8am tomorrow.
Certification is required in order to show at either of the fairs or Ak-Sar-Ben.
If any area 4-Hers have questions about the FSQA testing & training, call Extension Office Youth Coordinator Mollie Clark today at 641-747-2276.
