A deputy checked a residence at 16th and Kelley in Grand Junction after an abandoned E-911 call was initiated from that residence. Everything was determined to be in order.

A deputy assisted a Jefferson Police Officer in securing a car after the police officer conducted field sobriety and the subsequent arrest of a male subject.

A deputy was advised of a gas drive off from the Casey’s General Store in Grand Junction. The vehicle was reported to have gone east on 220th Street upon leaving Casey’s. Boone County was also advised of the drive off. The vehicle was not located by the deputy.

A deputy was advised of a reported female hitchhiker on Highway 30 (220th St.) entering Greene County from Boone County. The female was not located at that time.

A deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of Cartwright Street in Rippey for a reported large black dog that had severely injured a smaller dog and the owner of the small dog as she tried to stop the larger shepherd from attacking her dog. Several deputies were not able to locate the dog at that time but will attempt to find the dog as soon as possible.

A deputy was advised of a vehicle that became stuck in a farm field driveway on 250th Street near E Avenue as it attempted to turn around. The vehicle was removed by the vehicle owner.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
