Time: 4:30 pm – Scratch Meeting
4:45 pm – Field Events begin 5:00 pm – Running Events begin

Teams: Carroll, DM Christian (B), Guthrie Center, Panorama, PHS, Saydel, Winterset (G)

Site: Dewey Field/Jim Kaufman Track – Polyurethane Track. Please use popsicle
sticks or half tennis balls for markings.

Directions: 141 west to first Perry Exit (Willis Avenue). Willis Avenue west to 18th
Street.
18th
Street north to Lucinda.

Bus Parking: Please park buses in the south parking lot at Dewey Field.

Team Camps: Team Camps may be set up outside of the track. Only meet workers and
coaches/participants will be allowed inside the gate area of the track.

Admission: Adults: $5.00 Students: $3.00 (K-12)

Scoring: Team Score will be compiled for this meet.
Individual Events: 10-8-6-4-2-1 Relays: 10-8-6-4-2

Entries: FAT will be used. To enter your athletes go to Web Link:

pm the day before the meet. Make sure you have your athletes in the proper
event and division. When entering your team or individuals please be accurate
with your anticipated time. When you have your entries complete you must
DECLARE your entries. If you do not DECLARE your entries they will not
download into the system. Once you declare your entries you will not be able
to change them. Any changes after that time may be made at the meet
headquarters prior to the meet. You may pick-up seeding and lane assignments
at the same location. Results will be emailed out to all coaches after the event
