The Perry boys track team is hoping to produce some new names this year scoring consistent points for the team when the outdoor season opens up on April 3rd at the Jim Kaufman Track.  Perry’s Christian Morales has been a big part of the 4×800 meter success in years past and Head Coach Cody Eichmeyer hopes that this will be his break out year. “Christian is one of those guys who keeps getting better and better.  Ever since he transferred from GuthrieCenter, he has been able to jump on our relays and contribute.  This year I see him running anywhere from a 400 all the way up to the mile.”

Eichmeyer also pointed to Cole Chance as another possible dark horse.  “Cody came on really strong last year and put forth a good cross country season for coach (Jeff) Fox.  He is looking good so far.”

Morgan Holmstrom and Justin Kelton will also look to take more aggressive roles.  Ketlon is back out for the sport after missing last year.
