The Perry City Council will meet in regular session this evening.

Items on the agenda include reports in regards to Alliant Energy and voluntary annexation from City Administrator Butch Niebuhr and discussion on the Newbury Living proposal falling through.

Old business items on the agenda include approval of the fiscal year 2013 audit report and approval of pay request number one from the Iowa Energy Bank Lighting Project.

Under new business, the Council will consider approval of life insurance renewals for city employees, approve a Historical Resource Development program grant application and discuss possible use of bonding capacity for Nudgers Inc.

The board will then approve plans, specifications and notice to bidders for the 2014 apron rehabilitation project, make appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission and set a public hearing in regards to voluntary annexation.

The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
