The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.
The Council is expected to approve the third and final reading to adopt the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code, the second reading to vacate the Union Pacific Railroad crossing at Pinet Street, the City’s insurance policy and a contract with Durlam Electric to install heating and cooling equipment on the Greene County Community Center roof.
The Council will also hold a public hearing for an amendment to the City’s Urban Revitalization Plan and approval of the change following the hearing along with a consideration for a resolution to temporarily close the alley on the east side of the downtown square and approving a lease with Doc’s Stadium, LLC. for that alleyway.
The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
