The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session Tuesday morning.
Items on the agenda include canvassing of the Dexter special election results, consideration of a juvenile court services contract for the Restorative Justice Project and consideration of a resolution in regards to an embargo for 260th Street.
A resolution in regards to a MidAmerican Energy wetland mitigation credit purchase will then be considered, along with the second review of a budget amendment and setting public hearings for maintenance on drainage district 19, an amendment to the fiscal year 2015 budget and a right of way easement.
Finally, the Board will discuss issues, concerns and next steps for the former County care facility building and hold a policies workshop.
The meeting takes place at 9am Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in Adel.
