There’s lots of entertainment for people of all ages during this year’s Greene County Relay for Life coming up this Saturday.

Entertainment Chair Jean Van Gilder says before the Color Out Cancer 5K run/walk begins at 10:30am, the high school Interact Club will provide a fun room for children ages 2-12 years-old at the Greene County Community Center from 10am-2pm.

Also at 10am will be a musical performance from guitar soloist Von Ketelson.

During the community barbecue meal from 11:30am-1:30pm will be a variety of free entertainment.  Van Gilder states that the Town and Country Band will kick-off the show followed by two dance groups, the Prairie Blue Creative Arts Center and the Rhythm Room Dancers will perform and the History Boy Theatre Company will finish the show.

Towards the end of the event at 2pm will be the traditional Luminaria Ceremony with featured vocalist Katie Leusink.
