Nicholas Michael Arroyo, age 27 of 2425 Perry Park Ave., #5, Perry was arrested on warrants for violation of probation-original charges of domestic abuse and unauthorized use of a credit card.
Jose Garrido Garrido, age 56 of 1803 1st, Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jose Alejandro Saldana of Des Moines was traveling east in the 16000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal when a vehicle driven by Amy Ta of Des Moines struck Saldana’s vehicle while trying to get back in the right lane. Ta was taken to Mercy Medical Center by the Dallas County EMS. Damage to Saldana’s vehicle estimated at $700.00 and $8000.00 to Ta’s.
