A deputy responded to the report of several head of cattle on the Union Pacific Railroad right of way at 220th Street and W Avenue. The deputy placed the cattle back into the pasture.
A deputy was dispatched to the report of discarded drug paraphernalia found on K Avenue just north 145th Street. The discarded items were recovered by the deputy.
A deputy spoke with a resident in the 200 block of N Avenue about identity theft to her Visa Bank card.
A deputy responded to a reported burglary to an unoccupied mobile home trailer at 800 Percival Street in Grand Junction.
A deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction for a vicious dog report. The owner of the dog stated that the dog had broken its collar. The owner was warned about dogs running at large.
A deputy checked the report of cattle on the roadway at the railroad crossing on W Avenue.
A deputy was unable to locate any youth reported to be playing in the street in the 800 block of Fitzpatrick in Churdan.
A deputy responded and spoke with the owner of several barking dogs in the 500 block of Perkins Street in Churdan.
A deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of 2nd Street in Rippey for the report of criminal mischief to a window and door. It was determined that several rocks were thrown at the house and a storm door window.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
