The Greene County softball and baseball games scheduled for tonight (Thurs.) have been rained out following afternoon thunderstorms. The Rams were to have hosted Bondurant-Farrar in non-conference baseball on KG98. The softball Rams were to have hosted Class 3A number eight East Sac County (Lake View), also in non-conference play. No immediate word on whether those games will be made up.

The Greene County teams are both home in Jefferson on Friday night vs. PCM (Monroe) in Heart of Iowa Activities Conference play. The softball game can be heard on KG98 with coverage set for 7:15 p.m. and the first pitch around 7:30 p.m. The Mustangs are in first place and the Rams in second in the HOIAC softball standings.
