The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office is grieving the tragic loss of a member in its department.
Veteran dispatcher Darci Fuller passed away Wednesday after collapsing at her home that afternoon. Guthrie Center Rescue and Panora EMS, along with the Sheriff’s Department were unsuccessful in their attempts to revive her.
The Sheriff’s Department says Fuller “was a true team player and (played) a vital part in the day-to-day public safety of Guthrie County.”
A memorial fund has been established by the Sheriff’s Office to help Fuller’s family. She leaves behind her husband and three young children.
Those interested in making a contribution to her memorial can send donations to the Guthrie County State Bank, located at 400 State Street, P.O. Box 8, Guthrie Center, IA, 50115.
