Fans are encouraged to wear pink.  Shirts were sold with all the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society and there will be a few for sale at the game.  Thanks to Jeff Martz @ Graphics 2U for creating the shirts at cost.

Players will be wearing hair bows that represent the color of cancer their family has been afflicted with and they will also be creating a “walk of hope” on the sidewalk leading up to the field in which each girl is decorating a portion of the sidewalk in memory of or in honor of someone who has battled cancer.  Fans are welcome to add to the this project.
The girls decorated the rock earlier this week for tonight’s game.
Fans and players will be able to choose a ribbon to add to the Ribbon of Hope in the outfield.  Together everyone will be building a large ribbon on the fence that will be multi-colored to represent various cancers.  Donations will be accepted.
