Alec Daniel Johnson, age 20 of 601 SE 2 St., Grimes was arrested at 28057 Fairgrounds Rd., for possession of alcohol under 21.

Timothy George Gentner, age 24 of 7151 Oak Crest Blvd, Johnston was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief, harassment.

July 15, 2014

Nicholas Michael Arroyo, age 27 of 2425 Perry Park, Perry was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation and unauthorized use of a credit card.

Marcus Benton of Van Meter was traveling north in the 32000 block of R16 when his motorcycle struck a deer.  Benton received minor injuries.  Damage to the motorcycle estimated at $4500.00.

Jerry Woodson of Dexter was traveling north in the 34000 block of F60 when his motorcycle struck a deer.  Woodson reported minor injuries.  Damage to the motorcycle estimated at $3000.00.
