A deputy assisted a Jefferson Police Officer with trying to determine the identity of a subject that was causing a disturbance near Locust and East Adams Streets.

A deputy was dispatched to the 600 block of South 11th Street in Grand Junction to investigate the theft of a bicycle.

A deputy investigated a reported dog bite to a person in the 400 block of 140th Street. Vaccination records were provided to the clinic and doctor that provided medical treatment to the female that had been bitten.

A deputy was dispatched to 170th Street near the Boone County line to investigate the report of a liquid being spilled on the roadway. It was determined that the white substance was liquid limestone residue that was draining from a truck hauling limestone  white rock.

A deputy investigated the theft of an ATV 4-wheel Polaris Sportsman 700 taken from a residence in Dana.

A deputy was unable to locate several youth that were reported to be skateboarding down Danger Hill on old Highway 30 near the Raccoon River Bridge.

A deputy was not able to locate a reported pickup in the ditch on D Avenue between 130th and 140th Streets.

A deputy checked a pickup pulling a water wagon that was experiencing tire problems and blocking the roadway in the 600 block of Sand Street in Churdan.

Two deputies were unable to locate a BMX bike that was reported to be lying in the ditch on old Highway 30 near the bridge between Grand Junction and Jefferson.

A deputy spoke with a Cooper resident about her continuing to receive harassing text messages from her ex-boyfriend. The deputy will be contacting the male subject about his involvement in this case.

A deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of East Hager Street in Grand Junction to speak with a resident concerning her son.

A deputy checked the report of fireworks being set off in the 400 block of West Madison Street in Scranton.

A deputy will be assisting the Department of Human Services with a sexual assault investigation in Scranton.

A deputy was dispatched to the Laundromat in Grand Junction to check the report of a large group of youth loitering and being very loud. The deputy was not able to locate the youth upon his arrival.

A deputy was unable to locate any motorcyclists that were reported to be setting off fireworks while riding around Churdan.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
