Improvements have come to the Guthrie County Public Health Department and it is about time.
The Guthrie County Public Health Nursing Service has been serving residents of Guthrie County since 1978 and recently due to the increase in home care; new nurses were needed to be hired.
GCPH was able to build five new offices inside the building after grants and donations by private residents were compiled to make it possible.
GCPH Administrator Jotham Arber, discussed the benefits of the additions…..”Each of the nurses now have their own offices so they can chat with patients and make sure that we keep HIPAA compliant and keep the privacy of our patients top priority.”
Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more updates on GCPH as other information becomes available including new health care programs this Fall.
