There will be a land leasing meeting held on Thursday, August 7th at 6:30 pm at the Guthrie County Extension office presented by Shane Ellis, ISU farm management specialist for the west central Iowa region.
A few of the topics that may be covered are how to calculate a rental rate, the various leasing arrangements that are available to both land owners and tenants as well as expected cost of crop production.
Cost is $20 for pre-registered attendees. Materials will be provided at the meeting.
