Evan Vanwyk of Waukee was traveling south on Ute Ave attempting to turn east on Ashworth road when a vehicle driven by Joseph Loffredo of West Des Moines crashed into the driver’s side of Vanwyk’s vehicle.  No injuries reported.  Both vehicle’s estimated $2000.00 each in damage.  Loffredo was cited for failure to yield upon entering the roadway.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
