Hayat S Ibrahim, age 21 of 3616 St. Paul Ave., Lincoln, NE was arrested at the 109 MM Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shanna Garrison of Winterset was traveling north on Highway 169 when she was rear ended by a vehicle driven by Daniel Waters of Pleasantville.  Waters was taken to Mercy Main by the Dallas County EMS.  Damage to both vehicles estimated at $5000.00 each.  Waters was cited for failure to stop in a safe assured distance.
