Through the first two weeks of the season, the ADM football team’s defense has had one good performance — it held Perry to nine points and limited speedy Blue Jays quarterback Will Whiton to 100 yards rushing in a week one win — and one bad performance — Ballard hung 42 points on 487 yards of total offense on Friday.
Junior defensive end Jacob Hardy, meanwhile, played extremely well in both contests.
Hardy leads the team with 19.5 tackles and has all four of the defense’s sacks. In the loss 42-14 loss to Ballard, Hardy lead the team with 11.5 tackles and three sacks.
