The Perry football team will travel to Gilbert tonight for their final tune up before next week’s district competition gets rolling.  The Bluejays are fresh off a 34-21 victory over North Polk last week.  Will Whiton accounted for all five of Perry’s touchdowns.  Perry will play on an artificial surface tonight for the first time.

“I like it, added Jason Olejniczak.  “Some guys like it, others don’t.  It just depends on your individual preference.  With all of the rain and mud, I think it will be a big benefit tonight.  With our style of play, I think a fast track certainly plays to our skill set.”
