Greene County and Algona meet tonight at Linduska Field in Jefferson in the first game of Class 3A District 2 football for both teams. Both are in need of a win as the Rams and Bulldogs enter the contest with 0-2 records in non-district play. Algona lost 14-6 to Forest City and 14-8 to Estherville-Lincoln Central, while the Rams lost 12-6 to South Central Calhoun (Lake City), and 16-14 to Kuemper Catholic (Carroll).
