Roland-Story (Story City) visits Greene County in high school volleyball tonight in the middle school gym in Jefferson. This is a Heart of Iowa Activities Conference match and it also is the second to last home action of the season for the Rams. Coach Donna Carhill’s team is at home only four times this season and this is the third time they’ve played in Jefferson. After tonight, the Rams will be on the road until Monday, Oct. 20, a stretch of 34 days, when they meet non-conference opponent Perry to close out the regular season.
The Rams are 4-3 in games and 11-9 in sets overall after winning the consolation bracket on Saturday in Eldora at the South Hardin tournament. Greene Count is 1-1 in the conference. The Norsemen are 8-4 in games and 17-12 in sets. They are also 1-1 in Heart of Iowa Activities Conference play.
