The West Central Valley School District Board of Education will meet in regular session tonight.

Items on the agenda for the outgoing school board are a review of the district’s financial reports, approval of bills and personnel changes and approval of the high school FFA trip to the National Convention in Kentucky this fall.

The board will then hear from academic boosters, approve a board policy update, approve open enrollment out and approval allowable grown and supplemental aid.

Following the regular meeting is the board’s organizational meeting.  Agenda items include swearing in new board members, electing board officers, adopting meeting rules and procedures, setting a date, time and location for regular meetings and identifying Iowa Association of School Boards delegates and county representatives.

The meeting takes place in the Dexter Elementary Library starting at 7pm.
