Amy Johnson of Redfield was traveling in the 17000 block of Old Highway 6 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $7000.00.

Kathleen Ann Baskerville of 19015 123rd Pl., Perry reported the theft of house hold items taken from an abandoned house on her property
Johnetta Marie Daye, age 27 of 3230 East 8th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for theft.
