A deputy was dispatched to the report of two horses on the roadway in the 1700 block of 235th Street. The owner of the horses was advised and came to the location.

A deputy was dispatched to a semi parked partially on the traveled portion of the roadway on U Avenue near 150th Street. The driver was advised to move the truck to a safer location.

A deputy spoke with a Scranton Resident in the 700 block of State Street about the possibility of identity theft.

A deputy spoke with a female resident in the 300 block of 4th Street in Rippey about having power of attorney for an older male who is becoming difficult to deal with.

A deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of South Wise Street in Paton to investigate the report of criminal mischief to a yard.

The animal control officer was asked to transport a dog to the Jefferson animal shelter after it was found running at large in a rural area north of Jefferson.

A deputy was dispatched to investigate a reported assault involving neighbors in the 700 block of Lincoln Street in Scranton.

The animal control officer was advised of a Labrador dog running at large in the 900 block of 300th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
