The Guthrie Center City Council will convene in regular session tonight for a meeting with several agenda items. The consent agenda includes approval of minutes from a couple of past meetings, approval of a liquor license for the Guthrie County Agricultural Society and possibly a pay request for Koester Construction. Next the council will discuss, in order, parking, dogs, the Main Street tax increment financing (TIF) district, the fire department, and will set a November 10th public hearing date for a Community Development Block Grant application for water main work. The meeting is set to start at six o clock inside of City Hall.
