Being the primary caregiver for a loved one is incredibly rewarding, but it can be physically, emotionally and financially stressful. Guthrie County Extension is putting on a class to give caregivers special skills on how to better take care of themselves. The Powerful Tools For Caregivers class consists of six, two and a half hour classes, and is held once a week. It’s designed to reduce stress, improve self-confidence, improve communication and life balance skills, and increase your ability to make tough decisions.
