The Perry City Council will meet in regular session this evening.

Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to the re-zoning of property across the street from the public safety building, followed by tentative approval of the re-zoning request, approval of pay request number four for the 18^th Street reconstruction project and approval of a cleaning services agreement for the library.

New business items on the agenda include approving support of an application for a proposed development, consideration of establishing an Urban Revitalization Area for the proposed development, setting a public hearing in regards to entering into a land lease option and lease agreement and an appointment to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.

Finally, the Council is expected to approve the first readings of two ordinances in regards to a speed zone and parking regulations.

The meeting starts at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
