If you don’t have plans for Christmas dinner tomorrow, everyone is invited to the Perry Elks Lodge to enjoy a free community meal.

Put on by volunteers and made possible through donations from local businesses, organizations and community members, the annual event takes place from 11am-2pm.

Attendees will be able to enjoy a full Christmas meal and even take home a few goodies to enjoy after they’ve had their fill.

Donations received from the community and leftover non-perishable food is then donated to the local food pantry.

Last year the group fed around 400 people and organizer Deb Miller says they hope the number will continue to increase.
