The Perry area received more than a foot of heavy snow this past weekend, which has weighed down everything from tree limbs to power lines.
As a result, the City of Perry is offering a special storm damage collection next week. Crews will pick up limbs and branches that have fallen due to the severe winter storm, on Wednesday, February 11th. Residents are asked to cut the limbs and branches down to four foot lengths if possible, and place the materials at their street curb for collection.
In order to ensure pickup, citizens should have the materials out by 7am.
