The Perry Sports Pavilion will be the setting for tonight’s Coaches vs Cancer Classic as the Jayettes and Bluejays welcome ADM to town.  Tip off is slated for 6:00.  Perry swept ADM earlier this season in two tight ball games.  The Jayettes have looked strong in their last three outings with blow out victories over Hoover and Carroll and a near two point miss at 3rd ranked Ballard.  The Bluejays enter play tonight currently tied for first with Bondurant Farrarr after the other Bluejays were upset by Boone on Friday night.  Both Bluejays are 8-2.

“You live by the three and die by the three,” added Perry Head Coach Ned Menke.  “Three’s are great when they go in but when shots aren’t falling early in a game, I think it’s important for our guys to look to take it to the hoop instead of settling for the three point shot all the time.  I think we have started to turn the corner a little bit there in our last set of games.  All our guys are really good at getting to the hoop.”

Perry will look to take care of business tonight and Friday at Winterset before hosting BF next Tuesday.  Shawn Kenney will have the play by play on KDLS and raccoonvalleyradio.com.
