The region is getting no reprieve at all from snowfall, and Adair County is under a winter weather advisory until 1 pm this afternoon. The Iowa DOT says that many of the major highways just north of, and to the south of Interstate 80 are in bad shape this morning, and are expected to be bad into the afternoon.
That National Weather Service reports than an additional 2 to 4 inches of snow are possible from this storm.
