After playing a highly ranked 19-2 Grand View Christian team to a single digit 52 to 43 game last night, the West Central Valley girls varsity basketball team has finished their regular season with a record of 10-11, and now looks ahead to Saturday’s district playoff game which will take place in Stuart against Greene County. West Central Valley’s head girls basketball coach Drew Stonewall has been scouting Greene County since the match up was announced, and believes the game will be a competitive one. “We’ll have our work cut out for us. It will definitely take a good effort to beat them. They play in a good conference.”
The game tips off this Saturday night at 7 pm, inside of the West Central Valley High School gym.
