Memorial services for Miriam Gruenwald, 93, of Prophetstown, Illinois, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson, with interment in the Jefferson Cemetery.  Survivors include:  daughter, Susan Janssen of Prophetstown, IL; son, James F. “Jay” Gruenwald, Jr of Williamsburg, IA;  and five grandchildren.
