A deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of Irving Street in Scranton to help mediate a civil domestic altercation.
A deputy was dispatched to the intersection of 245th Street and Meadow Avenue for a reported two vehicle accident. Michael Lee Mourlam 17, of Scranton was rounding the curve on Meadow Avenue onto 245th Street, when his 2005 Dodge Neon drifted into the eastbound lane on 245th Street. The Mourlam vehicle struck a 2001 Caterpillar Motor Grader, owned by Greene County Secondary Roads, and being driven Randy Allen Frantz 53, of Grand Junction. No injuries were reported by either driver. The Greene County Caterpillar Grader sustained no damage, but the Mourlam Dodge Neon sustained an estimated $3000 in damages. Michael Mourlam was issued a citation for Driving on the Wrong Side of a Two Way Highway.
In all case when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
