The Perry basketball team placed three individuals on the All Conference list with two senior earning first team recognition and another picking up honorable mention accolades.  Claire Marburger and Maggie Lowe received first team honors while Amy Marckres was an Honorable Mention selection.  Marburger led the conference in scoring by a wide margin averaging 23 points per game while Lowe led the conference in assists.  Both Lowe and Marburger were first team selections a year ago as well.

Perry finished the season with a 15-8 mark and lost to Winterset in the Regional Semifinal.    Marburger hit 58% from the floor and 68% from the foul line.  Lowe dished out 153 assists compared to an impressively low 44 turnovers.  Marburger will play basketball next season at Valparaiso while Lowe heads to Wayne State for college hoops.  Marckres was second on the team with 140 rebounds.

The entire all conference list won’t be revealed until Carlisle loses at the state tournament.  The Wildcats are scheduled to play in the state semifinals Thursday night.  Ballard was eliminated in the first round by Bishop Heelan 70-67.
