Wild Rose Jefferson remains on track to open by this August.  The $40-million, 70,000 square-foot facility was granted a gambling license by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission on June 12, 2014.

Bauer Built Manufacturing recently completed the exterior of it 170,000-square foot facility in Paton.  It will create 50-60 new jobs and build customized farm planters.

Scranton Manufacturing in Scranton recently completed the exterior of it 56,000-square foot expansion.  The project is anticipated to be completed by late this spring and create 75 new jobs.

Jefferson Hy-Vee officially opened last month.  Construction took five months to complete.  The new store 34,800 square-feet and costs $9 million to build.  It added another 237 jobs.

The City of Grand Junction recently completed demolition of its old community center and will prepare to build a new $1.1 million community center later this year.

Greene County Medical Center continues to make progress on its 51,000 square-foot expansion.  The anticipated opening date for the new addition is July 15th.
