Porfirio Diaz Ortega, age 54 of 412 Warford, Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of OWI.

Samantha Ludwick-Watson of 404 NE Harvey St., Grimes was traveling near 160th St. and Highway 141 Diagonal when she went off the road and overcorrected and entered the ditch rolling the vehicle. Ludwick-Watson did not state any injuries. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $15000.00.
James Oneal of Adel was traveling in the 33000 block of L Ave when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $3000.00.
Clinton Comer of Van Meter was traveling in the 23000 block of Highway 169 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500.00.
