Graveside services for Mildred Billingsley, 100, of Fontanelle, will be Wednesday at 2 pm at the Massena Center Cemetery, north of Massena.  There will be no visitation.  Memorials may be directed to the Mildred Billingsley Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at steenfunerals.com.  Survivors include:  Brother-in-law, Howard Liston of California and many nieces and nephews.
