Funeral Services for Phyllis Sheer, 89, of Coon Rapids formerly of Bayard, will be Wednesday at 10:30 am at the Ascension Lutheran Church in Coon Rapids.  Burial in the Union Township Cemetery near Coon Rapids.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Ohde Funeral Home in Coon Rapids.  Visitation will  resume Wednesday at 9:30 am at the church.  Survivors include:  Sons, John Sheer of Bayard, Wendell Sheer of Kempher, Texas and Wayne Sheer of Davenport.  10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  Brother, Clifford Nelson of Des Moines.  Sister, Darlene McConnell of Atlantic.
