John Walter Flies of Dallas Center reported identity theft.
Brian Alan Greif, age 44 of 500 Adair St., De Soto was arrested on a warrant for harassment.
Samantha Peel, age 29 of 701 5th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Thomas Bradley Sutton, age 43 of 3812 Crestmoor Pl., Des Moines was arrested in the 17000 block of Highway 169 for OWI.
