Jessie Nicole Kowalsky, age 19 of 415 N 7th St., Adel was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
Brian David Allen, age 24 of 35395 Cabernet Circle, Waukee was arrested on High St., Booneville for domestic abuse assault.
