In a very tightly contested high school girls’ golf triangular on Tuesday at The Hill west of Grand Junction, just four strokes separated three teams. Roland-Story (Story City) had 217 for the nine holes with Greene County at 218, and Gilbert with 221. Ram junior Mackenzie Dennhardt was medalist and shot a career low by nine strokes in carding a 47. Katie Jenkins of R-S also shot 47. Other Rams getting their scores in the team total were Rachel Danielson 51, Lakota Larson 59, and Katelyn Hagen 61.
The Rams are now 4-3 overall under the instruction of coach Heath Telleen and they play in Carlisle tomorrow.
