The West Central Valley boys soccer team retained their rank as the 9th best soccer team in Class 1-A, according to the recently released Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association rankings. The Wildcats are now 4-1 and their ranking may fall next week after they lost to 11th ranked Kuemper Catholic in Carroll, by a score of 0-1 on Tuesday night. West Central Valley plays again tonight at Treynor.
